Shipping, Returns & Refunds


We ship all orders with a merchandise total greater than $42.00 free, via UPS or USPS, at our discretion to addresses within the continental US.

Orders with a merchandise total less than $42.00 we charge a nominal fee to cover the costs of shipping & handling. This fee is shown in your cart when checking out.

Rush Orders & Expedited Delivery

We usually get orders out the same day and mostly ship via USPS Priority mail getting to most US destinations within 2 business days, or by UPS, which has a 1-5 day transit time. If you need your order in a hurry, contact us and we’ll work with you and let you know expedited options.

Overseas / International Orders

We do not sell or ship any items overseas through our retail channels, but for wholesale international orders, contact us to be put in touch with our overseas distribution team.

Returns & Refunds

Your complete satisfaction is our priority.

If we made an error in shipping your item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will either replace the item with the correct one (pending stock availability) or issue a full refund.

If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipper, either USPS or UPS directly and place a damaged claim. We cannot be held responsible for damages made by the shipping carrier once your order is in transit to you.

If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please contact us. Pending our review, we will issue an RMA, which is required for all returns. Once you receive an RMA by email, we will ask that return the item to us, at your expense and follow the instructions on the RMA email. Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 business days for us to process your replacement, pending stock availability.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of the original purchase shipping date, product(s) must be unused and in original product packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchange requests on any item that has been used or tampered with in any way.
